Vape juices stolen from local business

Police are asking the public for help in identifying two people security cameras showed stealing from a Franklin business early Thursday morning.

The owner of All Day Vapes, 33 U.S. 31 South, told police that she had left the business about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday and had returned at 10 a.m. Thursday to find the back door severely damaged and pried open, a Franklin Police Department report said.

Multiple vape juices and smoking devices were stolen, the report said.

Security video from inside the store shows two people rummaging through items on a counter and shelf and putting them in bags around 12:45 a.m. Thursday.

Investigators suspect the thieves are women and believe they had been in the shop before since they took specific brands and flavors of merchandise, Det. Sgt. Scott Carter said.

Franklin police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call their tip line at 317-346-1100.
