FRANKLIN
Kenneth Howard Henry, 91, passed away on Thursday morning, October 12th, 2017 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Franklin.
He was born on May 14th, 1926 in Johnson County, Indiana. His parents were Albert “Wayne” Henry and Hazel (Redmond) Henry. He married Faye Eileen McCoy on December 24th, 1955. She lovingly survives. He is also survived by nephew, Eddie (Karen) Henry and nieces, Cathy (Tom) Johnson, Vickie Adams, Shelly (Tom) Dougherty, Bess Ann Hendley, Steve (Reba) Benson, Sharon (Hans)Gut, Dave (Dee Dee) Reudinger, Linda Reudinger, and Mary Tadych and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his parents, brother, Roland Wayne Henry and two sisters, Margerite Ruedinger and Myrtle L. Benson.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1952 to 1954.
Kenneth was employed at Johnson Memorial Hospital in maintenance for twenty years.
He was a former longtime active member of Bargersville Christian Church.
Rev. Brandon Jolley will conduct a graveside service on Saturday, October 14th at 1:00 p.m. at Hopewell Cemetery, 677 W. State Road 144 in Franklin. Military honors will be conducted.
