— Lose, and Honduras does not beat visiting Mexico and Panama does not defeat visiting Costa Rica.

ELIMINATED

— Lose, and Honduras and Panama win.

— Tie, and Honduras and Panama both win while overcoming goal difference.

ADVANCE TO PLAYOFF VS. AUSTRALIA

— Lose, and either Honduras or Panama wins but not both.
