GENOA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Cleary University officials have announced plans to build a housing complex and athletic facility in Livingston County.
The Genoa Township campus of the multi-site business school seeks to receive township approval for both this fall. Officials said Thursday they secured the money necessary to launch the projects.
Plans call for breaking ground on the housing complex next month that will accommodate 126 students, doubling on-campus housing capacity. The athletic complex, which the school aims to finish by fall 2018, will support a half-dozen varsity sports teams.
Cleary joined the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics in August.
