WEARE, N.H. — A New Hampshire man is accused of asking a 10-year-old for sex while he baby-sat her.

Prosecutors say 51-year-old Todd Pinciaro, of Weare, is charged with solicitation of aggravated felonious sexual assault. WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2fNjTw5 ) Pinciaro’s lawyer said Monday there is no evidence the solicitation ever happened.

Prosecutor Lisa Rick says the victim was very clear about what took place, and says Pinciaro has a long criminal history.

Pinciaro’s lawyer questioned the relevance of the history, which concerned the suspect’s failure to appear for court hearings.

Pinciaro is scheduled to be back in court on Sept. 12 for a probable cause hearing.
