<p>Downtown Franklin will be the heart of fall celebrations next weekend during its annual fall festival.</p>
<p>Plan to come and enjoy the fun festivities and welcome the start of fall with music, local food vendors, parade and much more!</p>
<p>Here’s what’s going on Saturday, Sept. 28</p>[sc:text-divider text-divider-title="Story continues below gallery" ]
<p>9 a.m.: one mile dance (registration is at 8 a.m. in the Franklin City Court parking lot)</p>
<p>10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Downtown street fair from on E. and W. Court St.</p>
<p>10 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Food vendors</p>
<p>1 p.m.: parade starts</p>
<p>10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: kids zone with bounce houses at 70 E. Monroe St.</p>
<p>noon to 10 p.m.: beer garden in the courthouse parking lot</p>
<p>3:30 p.m. at Province Park: dachshund derby</p>
<p>7 p.m.: Hit Locker on stage</p>
<p>9:29 p.m.: finish the night off with a great fireworks show!</p>
