PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A stabbing in Rhode Island’s capital city has left a man seriously injured.

Providence police say a fight broke out around 2 a.m. Sunday. The 33-year-old victim from Boston was stabbed several times.

He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital. There’s no word on his current condition.

WPRI-TV reports that no one involved in the fight has cooperated with investigators. Police say a weapon was recovered at the scene. No arrests have been made as of 11 a.m. Sunday.
