FRANKLIN
Carol Joanne Pittman, 81, passed away September 19, 2017. She was a resident of Franklin.
She was born June 30, 1936 in West Union, Illinois to the late John and Helen Coryell.
She is survived by her husband, John W. Pittman; children, Debbie (Anthony) Pittman-Cox, Cindy Shane, Bob (Giovanni) Pittman, David (Robin) Pittman, Kenny (Linda) Pittman and Chris (Jennifer) Pittman; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Joyce Shuman and Phyllis Whobrey.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Pittman.
Services will be private. Interment will take place in York, Illinois.
Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Franklin.
