A new golf tournament slated for Friday will benefit the Lord’s Locker outreach store in Trafalgar.
The inaugural tournament will start at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start Friday at Tameka Woods golf course, located south of Trafalgar.
Cost is $75 per person or $300 for a team of four. Prizes and dinner will immediately follow the tournament.
All money goes directly to the operation of the Lord’s Locker, including repairs at the community building.
The Lord’s Locker is a non-profit organization that provides food, clothing, housewares and and spiritual guidance to Johnson County families in need.
