3200 block of Eastpointe Drive: A woman reported at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday that someone used her debit card fraudulently.

  • 9:50 a.m. Wednesday — U.S. 31 and South Street.
  • 4:50 p.m. Tuesday — 1800 block of Northwood Plaza.
  • 4:13 p.m. Tuesday — U.S. 31 and Wal-Mart private entrance.
  • 3:08 p.m. Tuesday — Hurricane Street and Samuel Street.
  • 12:13 p.m. Tuesday — U.S. 31 and Westview Drive.

11:52 a.m. Wednesday — County Line Road and Sherman Drive.

Thefts

  • Wal-Mart, 882 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 2:15 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft of vacuum cleaners.
  • Which Wich, 862 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen purse.

Personal-injury accident

11:41 a.m. Wednesday — County Road 600N., and County Road 125E., Whiteland. Elizabeth Wade, 32, Whiteland. Wade reported shoulder pain.

Jeramey Butler, 35, 11016 Lakeshore Drive, Cloverdale; arrested on charges of child seduction and disseminating harmful material; released on $2,400 bond.

Elliott Scott Stapleton, 37, 1347 Lindberg Road, Anderson; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

David Dwayne Dennis, 30, 106 Lancelot Drive, Franklin; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held on $967 bond.

Clay Tyler Mason, 26, 709 Yandes St., Franklin; arrested on charges of auto theft/receiving stolen property and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle; held on $2,200 bond.

Julieanne Marie Romero, 27, 1199 Hospital Road, Lot 175, Franklin; arrested on charges of dealing in methamphetamine; held on $7,600 bond.

Timothy Douglas Setser, 50, 2925 Country Estate Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Joshua Lee Baniaga, 28, 2427 State St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $168.50 bond.

Thomas Justin Griffin, 26, homeless; arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sexual/violent offender and a warrant from another county;  held without bond.

Candice S. Born, 38, 3886 Chelsea Terrace, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violations; released on $1,200 bond.

Kimberly Sue Drew, 40, 4100 Brook Road, Kokomo; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Merrik R. Peetz, 18, 3182 Alan Drive, Columbus; arrested on charges of theft/receiving stolen property, unlawful possession or use of a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia; held on $3,200 bond.

Aaron Jacob Baldridge, 22, 2511 Shelby St., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana/hashish, driving without every receiving a license and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $3,700 bond.

Dustin Edward Howard, 29, 9695 N. Green Road, Trafalgar; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.

The following person recently was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:

Timothy Bullock, 56, 1898 N. Main St., Franklin; held on $1,000 bond.
