A Needham family returned home from church Sunday to discover three trucks stolen from their property.
The residents came home to the 4700 block of North County Road 700E early Sunday afternoon and saw that three trucks were missing. The family had left for church around 7:30 a.m.
The trucks had been parked in front of a barn, and keys were in the vehicles. The trucks included a tan 2000 Ford, maroon 1992 Dodge and gray 1982 Chevrolet. Tool boxes and fuel tanks in the trucks also were stolen, according to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report.
The sheriff’s office is investigating.
