4100 block of West County Line Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 11:36 a.m. Sunday that someone entered his home and stole a safe, cell phone and social security card.
Thefts
2500 block of Willow Lake Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 12:39 p.m. Sunday that someone stole his mailbox. His mail was in a neighbor’s yard. A second person reported that their mailbox was missing earlier in the day, but, was found and mounted on the post again.
Hilltop Motel, 5351 U.S. 31 South: A woman reported at 12:13 p.m. Sunday that she allowed a couple to keep her dog overnight before deciding to purchase the animal. When the woman returned to get the animal, the couple had checked out.
Personal-injury accident
3:22 p.m. Saturday — Fairview Road and Peterman Road, Greenwood. Raymond E. Shank, 75, Greenwood and Grace Clay-Byrne, 22, Indianapolis. Shank had a head injury.
