MONTGOMERY, Ala. — A man has turned himself in to police in Alabama following a fatal weekend shooting.

AL.com reports that 29-year-old Curtis Kari London was charged with capital murder in the death of 23-year-old Marcus Cooley, who was shot in the early hours of Sunday morning. Cooley was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Montgomery Police Department says the investigation indicates the shooting was drug-related. London turned himself in to detectives Monday evening, after being identified as the suspect. He is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Detention Facility. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer.
