Greenwood Christian took care of Bethesda Christian in four sets on Monday, 25-15, 20-25, 25-7 and 27-25.
Sierra Gilson had a strong all-around night for the Cougars (3-1), totaling 11 kills, nine aces and eight digs. Grace Peters added a team-high 13 kills.

Trojans coast in MIC opener
Center Grove was a 6-0 winner in its first conference match on Monday, easily handling Lawrence Central behind two goals and an assist from Piper Belden.
Kailee Joseph, Athena Passafiume, Gracyn Montfort and Braxton Gentry also found the net for the Trojans (2-1, 1-0 MIC), while netminders Ella Thompson and Kelti Wise split the shutout.
