Man accidentally shot during target practice

A man was taken to the hospital after he was accidentally shot during target practice at a  property in Nineveh, police said.
Emergency workers were called to the property in the 7200 block of South Tipton Trail at  about 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
A group of people were practicing with targets on the property, and a man was shot in the  hip, Sheriff Doug Cox said. He was taken to Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Cox
said.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident and suspects the man was shot accidentally by
another man that was shooting on the property, Cox said.
