Morning crash closes Morgantown Road

A Friday morning crash in the Center Grove area resulted in a downed power line and closing part of Morgantown Road.

David Adams, 70, of Thomson, Georgia, was driving south and slowed down to turn into a driveway at a house in the 1000 block of Morgantown Road when his car was struck from behind by another vehicle driven by Jason Fiete, 35, of Greenwood.
