YORK, S.C. — A 22-year-old South Carolina man is accused of killing a 44-year-old man in their home.

Arrest warrants released Friday to The Herald of Rock Hill accuse Robert Cribb Jr. of fatally shooting Jerry Proctor on Wednesday. Cribb is charged with murder and two counts of possessing a weapon during a violent crime. The warrants say those weapons were a shotgun and a knife.

Cribb is being held at the York County jail without bond. It’s unknown if he has an attorney.

The York County Sheriff’s Office has not specified the relationship between Cribb and Proctor. But both men are listed as living at the mobile home near Clover where officers found Proctor dead. Cribb was inside the home when officers arrived.
