PHILADELPHIA — Aramark Holdings Corp. on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $65.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Philadelphia-based company said it had profit of 26 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 40 cents per share.

The provider of food, facilities and uniform services posted revenue of $3.59 billion in the period.

A year ago, the company earned $44.8 million, or 18 cents per share, on revenue of $3.59 billion.

Aramark expects full-year earnings to be $1.90 to $2 per share.

Aramark shares have increased 11 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 11 percent in the last 12 months.
