SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Two men have died and another man has been hurt in a shooting at a parking lot in South Carolina.

Spartanburg Police Maj. Art Littlejohn said in a news release that officers were called to a grocery store about 7:15 p.m. Monday.

Littlejohn said one man died at the scene. Spartanburg County Coroner Charles Clevenger said that victim found in a vehicle was 28-year-old Tyshann Rashad Smith of Spartanburg.

Another man was taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center where he later died. That man’s name has not yet been released.

A third man was shot at the arm and is being treated at the hospital.

Littlejohn said police continue to investigate. No arrests have been made.
