O’FALLON, Mo. — A woman is dead and four other people are injured after a house caught fire in the St. Louis suburb of O’Fallon, Missouri.

The fire broke out around 1 a.m. The name of the woman killed has not been released but she was believed to be in her 70s. Her husband and grandson were among the injured, along with two police officers. All four suffered smoke inhalation and were released from a hospital after receiving oxygen.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
