Lore M. Picklesimer

BARGERSVILLE

Lore M. (Trilling) Picklesimer, age 75, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday evening, August 1, 2017 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Bargersville.

Lore was born on November 8, 1941 in Hanover, Germany to her parents, the late Alfred Bruno Sr. and Talyta (Neuman) Trilling.

Lore married Charles Robert Picklesimer on August 7, 1960 in Hayden, Indiana. He preceded her in death on May 17, 1990 after 29 loving years of marriage.

Lore is survived by her children, Monika (Don) Duncan of Morgantown, Tammy (Chris) Dunham of Greenwood, Patty (Bill) Weaver of Indianapolis, Judy (Dicky) Tiller of Rush, Kentucky and Cathy (Paul) Powell of Clayton; siblings, Gertrude Wehner of Indianapolis and Herta Weber of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Lisa Duncan, Kelly (Ricky) Mitchell, David Dunham, Mark Dunham, Scott Weaver, Tim Weaver, Laura Weaver, Daniel Powell, Michael Powell and Kristen Powell; and great-grandchildren, Jack and Jocelyn Mitchell.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Otto Trilling and Alfred Max Trilling.

Lore was a loving wife, mother and homemaker.

She was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Whiteland.

Lore enjoyed tending to her flower and vegetable gardens, reading, cooking and traveling.

She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

The Revs. Mark Felber and Dicky Tiller will conduct a funeral service on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
