Marlene Bohl, 35, Indianapolis, died Thursday, July 27.
Survivors include her mother, Cheryl Humes; children, Tiffany, Taylor, Tamie, and Teri Bohl.
Visitation is 11 a.m to 1p.m. Tuesday with a service following at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland.
Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
