EDINBURGH
Marcedes L. Joslin, 90, of Edinburgh, died at 9:51 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Franklin United Methodist Community in Franklin.
Marcedes was a member of North Salem Methodist Church in Brown County and she enjoyed doing genealogy.
Mrs. Joslin was born in Indianapolis on December 16, 1926 to Alta and Lucy Sells Walker.
She married Lowell Ray Joslin on April 30, 1946. He preceded her in death on November 7, 2010.
Survivors include her son, Duane (Deborah) Joslin of Franklin; brothers, John Walker of Indianapolis and Paul (Barbara) Walker of Martinsville; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Donald Joslin; and brothers, Alford and Ralph Walker.
A private graveside service will be held at Dobbs Cemetery in Brown County with the Rev. Hurschell Joslin officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Point Church in Whiteland.
