GREENWOOD
Larry Dean Fender, 75, of Greenwood, passed away Monday morning, July 10, 2017 in Indianapolis.
Larry was born Dec. 14, 1941, in Bedford, to Wilbur C. Fender and Marguerite C. (Fish) Fender.
On Sept. 29, 1978, he married Mary Louise (Myers) Fender, who survives.
He worked as a millwright for International Harvester for 30 years.
Larry was an avid fisherman and hunter. He also enjoyed traveling whenever possible and absolutely loved trips to Montana.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Mary Louise Fender; one son, Brian Todd Fender (Jessica) of Greenwood; one daughter, Kimberly Lynn Clark of Florida; and six grandchildren, Trey Michael Clark, of Colorado, Jake Allen Fender of Greenwood, Kayla Renae Fender of Greenwood, Kaden Dean Fender of Greenwood, Jalen Sears of Greenwood and Brock Christianson of Greenwood.
A funeral for Larry will be at noon Friday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel. The family will be receiving guests at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will immediately follow at Rocklane Cemetery in Greenwood.
