A car with at least one child inside was stolen Wednesday afternoon in Greenwood, but police said no one was harmed and the vehicle and child were found shortly after by police.
The vehicle was reported stolen near State Road 135 and Fairview Road shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Johnson County emergency call log.
Greenwood police received a report of a car that was stolen with at least one child inside. The suspect bailed from the vehicle during a pursuit with police, and no one was harmed, Greenwood Assistant Police Chief Matt Fillenwarth said.

An investigation is underway, he said.
