GREENWOOD
Robert John Wiarek, 73, of Greenwood, died on Sunday, June 25, 2017, in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Wiarek of Greenwood; three children, Tina (Doug) Kern and Tammy Wiarek both of Greenwood, and Sherry (John) VanAvery of Indianapolis; his siblings, Karen, Kay, and Dennis; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pastor Carlos Burdine will be conducting a funeral service at noon on Wednesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North. The family is hosting a visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of the service, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood.
