Small Town Pizza, 11 Declaration Drive: Police responded at 11:47 p.m. Thursday to a report of burglary.

Criminal mischief

1200 block of Carson Way: Police responded at 3:25 p.m. Thursday to a report of vehicle damage.

Drug investigation

900 block of Dover Drive: Police responded at 5:24 p.m. Thursday to a report of a narcotics investigation.

Fraud

600 block of Gooseberry Lane: Police responded at 7:56 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraud. A phone scammer claimed to be from AT&T and told the complainant there was criminal activity on their account.

Thefts

Kroger, 2200 Independence Drive: Police responded at 11:37 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting.

Guitar Center, 1256 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 6:18 p.m. Thursday to a report of stolen motor vehicle parts.

Von Maur, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 4:09 p.m. Thursday to a report of two juveniles shoplifting. They were arrested.

Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 1:02 p.m. Thursday to a report of the theft of two portable speakers, two silver bracelets, valued at about $300.

600 block of Findlay Lane: Police responded at 9:12 a.m. Thursday to a report of identity theft.

200 block of Village Lane, Greenwood: Police responded at 8:04 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft of $1,000 in cash and three pieces of jewelry.

Fraud

2300 block of Willow Lake Drive, Greenwood: Police responded at 2:10 p.m. Thursday to a report of an internet scam in which a woman was defrauded of hundreds of dollars, then had money deposited in her bank account and was told to take money out and send it to the scammers in the form of gift cards.

Jacob A. Rugenstein, 31, 416 Grand Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of contempt of court; held on $618 bond.

Riley Wayne Seal, 19, 2770 Branigin Creek Blvd., Franklin; arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography; held on $12,000 bond.

Timothy Allen  Coffee, 32, 9345 E. County Road 525 South, Fillmore; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violations and forgery; released on $4,800 bond.

Horacio Omar Cortez, 25, 5531 Pilgrim Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court; released on $200 bond.

Stacy Michelle Lamb, 36, 315 E. Brunswick Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; released on $350 bond.

Peyton Michael Hutson, 20, 315 N. Mickley Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court and on a charge of contempt of court; held on $1,762 bond.

Tyler Scott Swint, 27, 182 Jordan Drive, Franklin; arrested on a charge of contempt of court; held on $500 bond.

Michael Nathan Newman, 22, 7686 E. State Road 44, Martinsville; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia  and driving while suspended and a warrant for failing to appear in court; bond information not available.

Gregory Alan Cravens, 55, 30 N. Eisenhower Drive, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of public intoxication; held on $1,000 bond.

Nick Jameson Seconds, 29, 1012 Erin Drive, Apt. A, Columbus; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court; released on $269 bond.
