Jody Ann Hoskins, 47, passed away June 14, 2017. She was a resident of Franklin.
She was born Nov. 13, 1969, in Fort Wayne.
She is survived by her children, Michael Decker, Dustin Harper, Jonathon Hoskins, Jeffrey Hoskins and James Hoskins; mother, Linda Bailey; father, John J. Christoff; brothers, John P. Christoff and Jeffrey Christoff; and sister, Tiffany Bailey.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 201 Eastview Drive, Franklin.
Memorial contributions are suggested in Jody’s memory to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund.
