Storyteller and writer Lou Ann Homan will visit with readers and local residents next week at a special presentation at the Greenwood Public Library.
Homan specializes in character portraits, and is well-known for her portrayal of Indiana author Gene Stratton Porter. She will talk about how she researches her subject’s life for her live storytelling performances. Homan is also a longtime teacher and a writer.
Her appearance is a joint effort of the Central Indiana Writers’ Association and Greenwood Public Library. The presentation will start at 6 p.m. Monday.
The event is free and open to the public.
