INDIANAPOLIS
Kerry Lee Wayne Collins, 25, of Indianapolis, died June 8, 2017.
He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Mary Collins; grandparents, Fred and Paula Korzekwa, Jerry and Sue Collins; and siblings Paige and Zack Collins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center with visitation from noon until service time at the mortuary. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
