Letter: Writer’s angry words getting tiring to read

To the editor:

George Allen, your bombastic diatribes remind me of people who wore brown or black shirts in Germany of the 1920s and 1930s. Maybe you should apply for the opening in Trump’s communications office.

There are many fellow liberal/progressive Democrats and conservative Republicans like myself who are tired of reading your angry, hateful musings. I will never be afraid to tread in Johnson County, where I have my domicile. My beliefs and free expression of them will not be flushed out.

I thank the Daily Journal for publishing a range of political opinions. Thank you for not being Fox News. By George, Putin is the president of Russia, not the Soviet leader. He was also duly elected by a majority of Russian voters.
