Traffic offense
South County Road 600E and East State Road 44, Franklin: Police responded at 1:58 p.m. Friday to a speeding vehicle on State Road 44, east of County Road 600E. Officers pulled over Jason White, 35, of Springfield, Missouri. After a K9 search of the car, White was arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of marijuana and taken to the Johnson County Jail.
