MORGANTOWN
Thomas “Tom” M. Givan, 65, died on May 6, 2017, at Franciscan Health Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Morgantown.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Givan, and brothers, Max (Beth) Givan of California and Jim (Yumi) Givan of Florida.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
