INDIANAPOLIS
Cecil J. Smith, 91, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Smith; a son, James Price; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until service time Friday at the mortuary.
