Franklin

Shoplifting

Dollar General, 1872 Northwood Plaza: An employee reported at 9:49 p.m. Thursday that she suspected that a woman had stolen items in her bag. Police found about $75 in stolen merchandise. She and the man she was with were issued trespass warnings and she was given a summons to appear in court.

Thefts

• 3900 block of Pebble Beach Drive: A man reported at 9:46 a.m. Thursday that a gun and two watches were missing from a home he was moving out of.
• 800 block of Young Street: A woman reported at 6:28 p.m. Thursday that she was missing prescription medication.

Greenwood

Theft

2000 block of Meyer Street: Police responded at 10:50 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft of a television.

Shoplifting

Walmart, 882 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 12:36 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting.

Burglary

1000 block of Ventura Court: Police responded at 7:12 p.m. Thursday to a report of burglary.

Property-damage accidents

• 4:39 p.m. Thursday — Worthsville Road and Sheek Road.
• 9:21 a.m. Wednesday — Madison Avenue and County Line Road.
• 11:45 a.m. Sunday — Main Street and Sheek Road.
