David Billingsley, 63, died Thursday, May 11, 2017. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Beth Billingsley; children, Michael (Angie) Billingsley and Kenric Billingsley; three grandchildren and sister, Kathy Shelley.
