Thomas W. “Bill” Phillips Jr., 61, of Indianapolis, died on Friday, May 5, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Phillips; his mother, Gladys H. Newhouse; his two daughters, Christy Gregory and Angie Motley, three sons, Gary and Richard Phillips and Anthony Chambers; two stepsons, Howard and James Wheeler; four siblings, Nellie Phillips, Raymond (Butch) Phillips, Donald Phillips and Michael Phillips; two half-sisters, Sherry Phillips-Gibson and Lisa Phillips-Nelms; 12 grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Monday at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice of charity.
