State representative to conduct meetings

State Rep. Woody Burton (R-Whiteland) will be meeting with county constituents this week to chat with them about the recent legislative session.

Burton will be at Franklin city hall, 70 E. Monroe St., from 10 a.m. to noon and at the Whiteland town hall, 549 Main St., from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

He will be at the Greenwood Public Library, 310 S. Meridian St., from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Meetings are open to the public. Legislators will be available to answer questions about issues addressed during the recently completed legislative session. State Sen. Greg Walker (R-Columbus) will be in attendance at all three town hall meetings, and State Rep. John Young (R-Franklin) will be in attendance at the Franklin City Hall meeting.
