INDIANAPOLIS
Andrew Joseph Rice, age 33, of Indianapolis, and Fort Myers, Florida, passed away April 20, 2017, after a long illness.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy Rice, and father, Terry L. (Michele) Rice; sister, Sarah E. Rice; and his nephews, Carter Joseph and Christopher Heiney.
Andrew was a graduate of Center Grove High School and Indiana State University with a degree in aviation.
Andrew was especially fond of the outdoors, which was only surpassed by his love for his family.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Simplicity Funeral Home with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony in Bloomington at Valhalla Cemetery.
