GREENWOOD
Melvin Holland, 91, of Greenwood, died Friday March 31, 2017, in Indianapolis.
Melvin is survived by his three children, Wayman “Butch” (Ina Marie) Holland and Melva Jean Neely both of Greenwood and Raymond (Susan K.) Holland of Indianapolis, nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Jean (Vandermillion) Holland.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
