700 block of Covered Bridge Road: Police responded at 1:56 a.m. Friday to a report of a rock breaking a rear window of a vehicle.
500 block of Covered Bridge Road: Police responded at 12:44 a.m. Friday to a report of a vehicle’s windshield and rear window having been shattered by rocks thrown through them.
400 block of South Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 8:22 p.m. Thursday to a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.

Road Ranger, 1615 E. Main St.: Police responded at 1:58 p.m. Thursday to a report of a man dressed as a woman trying to pass counterfeit currency at the business. The man and another individual left prior to police arriving.

Von Maur, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 7:14 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A woman was arrested on charges of theft and reckless possession of paraphernalia.
Applebee’s, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 2:52 p.m. Thursday to a report of a burglarized van from which several thousands of dollars worth of equipment was stolen.
700 block of West Smith Valley Road: Police responded at 12:58 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen license plate taken from a vehicle.
1400 block of Glen Canyon Drive: Police responded at 11:41 a.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen kitchen appliance taken from an unoccupied house.

4300 block of West County Line Road, Greenwood: Police responded at 11:44 p.m. Thursday to a report of a man being battered by two men. The man reported being asked for cigarettes and then waking up in a nearby park. The victim had a bleeding lip and facial injuries.
Thefts
700 block of West State Road 252, Trafalgar: Police responded at 3:20 p.m. Thursday to a report of identity theft. The victim reported someone using his Social Security card to file a false tax return.
