Bank announces 2 personnel promotions

Jill Sweeney will now serve as the bank’s vice president and mortgage loan originator, while Adam Browder will take over as branch manager at Mutual’s Franklin Main Street location.

Sweeney started working for Mutual in 1995 and had been branch manager at the Main Street location for 10 years. She lives in Trafalgar.

Browder began his career as a teller and then served as commercial loan analyst before being named branch manager at the Main Street location. A 2005 graduate of Franklin College, Browder resides in Indianapolis.

Credit union hosts tailgate party

Indiana Members Credit Union hosted the annual Tailgate Extravaganza, to benefit the Indiana Members Foundation in early February at the the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in Indianapolis.

Over 200 people attended the event which raised over $24,000 for the Indiana Members Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to provide school children in the Indianapolis and surrounding communities with the necessities essential for learning.

Highlights of the evening included food catered by MCL, a silent auction with online bidding, casino entertainment by the Craps Kings, DJ and dance floor by Diamond Productions DJ Entertainment, a corn hole tournament, an opportunity to kick a field goal on the practice field, and selfie picture stations.
