Emma C. Bland, 99, died on Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She is survived by her daughters, Juanita Bower and Janice Bland; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold I. Bland; and her son, Larry I. Bland.
There are no services scheduled.
