Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 5:15 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. A man was arrested on drug charges.
Uncle Bill’s, 870 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 10:20 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
