INDIANAPOLIS
Paul D. Yager, 72, of Indianapolis, died on Monday, March 13, 2017, at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his sons, Paul Alan Yager, Jeff Yager, Dale Sachtleben, Clay Sachtleben, Mark Byrd and Stanley Byrd; daughters, Kay Mercer, Jean Sachtleben, Rose Teague and Joann Collins; two brothers, Jimmy Yager and George Hewitt; three sisters, Debra Collins (John), Sherry Ferrell and Denise Moore; 29 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Yager; and a son, Phil Sachtleben.
Services were held on Friday at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center in Franklin. Entombment was at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
