Center Grove Schools is asking community members to name the district’s newest elementary school.
Construction of the new school will begin this summer. The school will be south of County Road 144 on Morgantown Road.
Anyone can submit a name idea at bit.ly/cgschoolname by Friday.
The list of names submitted will be checked for duplicates and sent back out to parents, staff and community members to vote on their top two choices from April 2 to 13.
A narrowed list of three to five names will be shared with the Center Grove school board. The board will review the options at their April 20 meeting and decide on the name at the May 18 meeting.
