The Greenwood Public Library will host a lawn care class Thursday.
Expert gardener Dr. Dick Huber will talk about best mowing techniques, proper timing for pre-emergent crabgrass herbicide, broadleaf weed control, aeration and establishing a fertilizing schedule.
The class is free and will begin at 6 p.m. at the library, 310 S. Meridian St.
