Kevin and Julia Bowling of Franklin announce the engagement of their daughter, Cecilie Bowling of Franklin, to Nathan Richer of Longwood, Florida, son of Normand Richer of Longwood, Florida, and Mary and Enrique Velazquez of Woodbridge, Virginia.
Miss Bowling graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014 and attended Indiana Bible College. She is currently employed at Goddard Preschool and is slated to graduate from Western Governors University in 2019.
The future groom also attended Indiana Bible College and is currently employed at Spike’s Tactical in Apopka, Florida.
The wedding is set for April 29 at Apostolic Gospel Church in Franklin.
