FRANKLIN
Michael Dean Carter, 65, died Thursday, March 9, 2017, in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Franklin.
He is survived by two sons, Bartley Carter and Derry Carter.
A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. March 18 at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin. Friends may call 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
