Levi Allen Walker, 20, of Whiteland, died Monday, March 6, 2017 in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his parents, Margaret Walker of Whiteland and Scott Renaud of Needham; and a half-brother, James Renaud.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith Valley Baptist Church, 4682 W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel.
